A’kin hydrosol cellular brightening facial mist – review

In my previous post A’kin cellular brightening facial mist from Australian The Purist Company which is a lavender hydrosol enriched in other nice ingredients. I bought it in Holland & Barrett

I like A’kin brand as is free from parabens, sulphates, silicon oils, mineral oils, petrochemical cleansers, propylene glycol, phthalates, DEA and artificial colours, without animals ingredients and animal cruelty free.
So this mist or hydrosol contains:
Hydro Essential Lavender where lavender essential oil has healing and soothing properties
Aloe Vera and hyaluronic acid in an alcohol free formula which help protect the skin natural moisture barrier
Vitamin C – great for anti-aging treatments and against hyper-pigmentation as it brightens skin tone
Pro Vitamin B5 (panthenol) which hydrates and soothes
Although this mist is for all skin types, thanks to its calming and soothing ingredients is also very good for sensitive and reactive skins.
Personally I found it that it calms my skin after makeup cleaning, doesn’t provide drawing effect – as my skin is quite sensitive and improves an effect of even colour. It also prepares my skin for serum or cream application.
So I can honestly recommend this product, also for sensitive types as my skin is quite peculiar and doesn’t tolerate many products and gets irritates quite quickly.
