Delicious, easy and healthy cocktails!–you won’t guess what this green thing is!

I’m sharing with you one of my many recipes for ‘very easy to do’ healthy cocktails.

You’ll find here 3 different versions:

 

Version 1 (my favourite 🙂 ) – you’ll need:

 

 

 

— Coconut milk

— Banana

Chia seeds

— Parsley

 

 

(yes! Parsley – this is not a mistake 🙂 ) – as it has a lot of iron and is needed especially for people who don’t eat meat. But you would be surprise how good it suits with fruits cocktails! This ingredient is part of all three options here.

 

 

Quantity depends how much you would like to get. If I want to have smaller quantity then I use half of coconut milk can, 2 bananas (if they’re very mature then cocktail will be sweater, otherwise you need to add more bananas), 1 big spoon of chia seeds and bunch of parsley.

Mix everything in a blender and ta! da! – your cocktail is ready!

 

You can add different fruits to it or mix with your favourite flavours.

 

Below 2nd version of this cocktail:

 

 

— Coconut milk

— Bananas

— Avocado

Chia seeds

— Dates

— Parsley

 

 

 

 

 Version 3rd:

 

 

 

— Bananas

— Pineapple

Chia seeds

— Parsley

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In every case the quantity of each product depends how much cocktail you would like to get, thicker or thinner, more or less sweater.

  1. We are huge fans of Chia!!!! My son, age 5 has approximately 1 T. each monnirg in his shake or oatmeal and his bowels are so much better than when we tried flax seed. I also feel very full and content until lunchtime. We have been eating these super seeds for about 3 months now.The only time my husband had a problem was when he took too many.. there is such a thing as too much of a good thing :)Great discussion!
