Hi girls! Have you ever heard about Face Yoga??? It’s the latest trend that people are getting crazy about because of its anti-aging power! As there are so many people already addicted to this method I’ve decided to give it try 😉
You can find quite a lot of information about this in the internet – both exercise photos and movies. But watch out! – during exercising you can look quite ridiculous so I prefer do it on my own when nobody is watching 😉
There’s no set routine to face yoga as you can do ten minutes a day to target specific areas, or an hour-long anti-ageing routine once a week, topped up with ten-minute sessions when you moisturize your face at night. Some people recommend doing it after your standard yoga session or before going sleep – as then your face muscles should be already relaxed which would improve the method.
I really get inspired by Fumiko Takatsu and her “The Ultimate Guide to The Face Yoga Method” that you can find on her web page https://faceyogamethod.com/.
‘Fumiko is the first person who advocated Facial Yoga in Japan. She is a best-selling author and TV celebrity in Japan and since 2006 Fumiko has produced face-firming tools, cosmetics and how-to books, and has her own facial yoga DVD’.
